Tom
Kirk, Executive Director
Tom
Kirk is the executive director of the Salton Sea Authority.
Kirk’s professional background includes land,
environmental and infrastructure planning as a consultant and as the
supervising director of the Coachella Valley Association of
Governments. Kirk
was a fellow at the University of California Transportation Center
and graduated #1 in his class with a master’s degree in regional
planning from the University of California, Berkeley.

| He also graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles and
is a public affairs graduate of the Coro Foundation. He has received numerous local, national and academic awards
for his work. Kirk
is also a member of the La Quinta Planning Commission and is active
in youth and adult sports.

Linda
Quesnell
Linda Quesnell started her career in 1985 with Schwan Sales
Enterprises in San Diego, California.
She then transferred to the Orange County facility in 1995
and remained there until August of 1999.
Linda began working for the Salton Sea Authority as an
executive secretary in July of 2000.

Dan
Cain
Dan
Cain is the senior administrator analyst for the Salton Sea Authority. With
a strong construction background as a foundation, Dan has over 30
years of project management skills. Dan is California State
certified in water & wastewater treatment and holds a
certification from the International Conference of Building

| Officials
as a plans examiner. Dan holds a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration and is currently finishing his graduate work in Human
Resources from Chapman University. Dan enjoys fishing, the outdoors
and working with people. |
